ASN.1结构管理库，GNU Libtasn1 发布

libtASN1是Linux和基于UNIX系统的ASN.1结构管理库。

此版本增加了asn1_read_node_value（）来获取一个节点的值。新增SN1_DATA_NODE类型和ASN1ETYPE*常量来支持的新功能。
