Graphite 前端界面，Tessera 0.7.1 发布

Tessera 是 Graphite 前端界面，提供一个大型展示，布局和构建仪表盘的交互选项。Tessera 是有着优雅结构，交互展示 Graphite 数据的 Web 应用。

Tessera 0.7.1 发布，此版本是个 bug 修复版本：

• Issue #468 Autorefresh stopped working in 0.7

• Issue #470 Templates in the title weren't updating DOM after expansion

去掉了 simplejson 要求。
