jQuery.TosRUs 插件是个非常棒的 jQuery 插件，可以弹出滚动显示任何类型的内容，可以替代滚动或者点击行为。在桌面，平板或者是智能手机都能运行的很好，在 HTML 元素中，作为一个 lightbox 弹出，而且默认是响应式的。
