jTimer 是一个用来跟踪项目活动的时间跟踪和报告的工具，兼容 GTimer 文件格式。

版本说明：此版本修复了两个错误：一是防止Linux用户使用jtimer JNA作为系统库已加载，防止增加新的任务。
