Describe the feature
Now com.alibaba.nacos.naming.controllers.ServiceController#list to get serviceName from namespace, but it need groupName, if we didn't set groupName, it will be set DEFAULT_GROUP as default. So we can't get all serviceName in namespace.
We should supply a way to get all serviceNames from namespace.
