How can I connect to a Mongo Replica Set when one of the seed hosts is unavailable

Does the driver support connecting to a Mongo Replica Set when one (or
more) of the seed hosts is unavailable?
I have a Replica Set configured with 3 Mongo servers, and the examples/
replSetServersQueries.js works fine if all the mongos are running, but
when I stop one of the them, the sample does not connect to the
others.

This is one part of the driver I would appreciate help to make work
better as I don't have the time or the machines to test a proper
setup. Any pull requests in this space will be welcome :)
