CBO (Calcite Return Path): DUMMY project in plan

When the return path is on, we might end up with a Project with DUMMY column in the plan; thus, we need to run the ProjectMergeRule after the column trimmer runs for the second time. To reproduce it, we can run interval_udf.q with the return path on.
