re forum post that indicates this message can do better on clarifying that the root user created during install is required in this admin password reset procedure:-

clarify reset password message and add link rockstor#890

Clarify process and when root's password was entered.
Also provide a solution if the root password as been forgotten via
link to @suman doc on the matter.
