Cgroup tests relies on cgroups::get() returning in a specific order

NestedCgroups and CgroupsGet tests are verifying that cgroups::get() are returning the cgroups in a specific order that it's created, and that order doesn't seem to hold on a different environment (ubuntu 14.04 LTS) and is failing the test.
