patch is used by users in tools and scripts, and it generally useful to have. The added package increases the installer size by 54K.

Include the patch package for backwards-compatibility: Git for Windows 1.x included it, too. It only adds ~50kB to the size of the installers, anyway. Signed-off-by: Johannes Schindelin <johannes.schindelin@gmx.de>
