Bug Description

/usr/share/kubuntu-default-settings/kde4-profile/default/share/config/konversationrc
overrides
LogfilePath=~/.kde/share/apps/konversation/logs
but it is not taking effect with konversation 1.6 beta, probably because it's KF5 based and it's not loading that rc file
