Adding logging: console.log does not work when global logging setting is false #2571

new Sequelize(..., {
  logging: false
});

sequelize.sync({ force: true, logging: console.log })

Will not output anything.

As a side-note, it would also be nice to be able to control log output in test with an environment var instead of changing manually in https://github.com/sequelize/sequelize/blob/master/test/support.js#L77
