折线图tooltip，鼠标在tip上移动时，tip定位bug #698

折线图上使用tooltip,出现tip浮层提示时，如果鼠标缓慢在tip上面移动，会导致tip的定位计算出现错误，突然跳到最左边；
建议判断鼠标在tip上不去触发重绘效果会更加好。

谢谢反馈。不算是bug，预期内的事情，后续考虑升级支持hover到tip上不触发新的tooltip行为。

调大showDelay 和 hideDelay能让你进入tooltip，但会影响交互体验
