I'm expecting the CI build to fail because there seems to be a site we're linking to that has exceeded their bandwidth limit. Other than that, everything should be fine with the proofer. |

Can we fix that link or something? |

Apparently the issue it was linking to has been resolved, so I guess we can remove the entire section. |

Update the outdated "Extras" page in the documentation (to adapt to the change to Kramdown as the default Markdown processor) and get rid of duplicate documentation and provide a link instead (as per #2577).
