Jekyll-hook is another deployment method for jekyll that was used for deployment of Healthcare.gov. We recently updated it to work on Ubuntu 14.

@parkr I just noticed today that my pull requested was left off from the latest commit and it is not showing up on the deployment-method.md anymore. Do you know why?

Ah! That's because this PR was to the gh-pages branch, not to the master branch. We version our site in site/ on the master branch and manually release to the gh-pages branch. I'll copy it over now. :)

No problem! It's in the CONTRIBUTING.md file but I should be attentive enough to catch it. It's up now: http://jekyllrb.com/docs/deployment-methods/#jekyll-hook
