Minor update:

• Updated the author url in the package file.

I must create a grunt task for this... When I updated the package manifest I did so for version 1.0.2.

Unless there is still something I'm missing this should finally update the jQuery plugin repository.

Minor update, included two new filters:

• Hard Edge: An emboss-style effect that maintains the edge colors
• Laplace: Laplace effect

• Added the plugin manifest so that it will appear in jQuery's plugin list.
• Added minified version
• Minor code improvements

First stable version of the API. Documentation available on the Readme.
