JavaCL.createContextFromCurrentGL() failed on my Window 7 machine.

OpenGLContextUtils wants to loads opengl.dll instead of opengl32.dll.

I've pushed a fix in 1.0-SNAPSHOT, please let me know if you face any issue with it !
