Bug Description

When you use cmake/make/make_binary_distribution workflow to produce binary tarballs you will get a tarball which name is like "mysql-<version>-linux-<arch>.tar.gz" and it probably should be "percona-server-<version>-linux-<arch>.tar.gz".
