libjemalloc.so.1 missing from binary tarball

Bug Description
Up until 5.6.25-rel73.1 tarball, jemalloc is included in the package, however after that it is not anymore.

There is no release notes whether this has been removed officially or not, so I am filing as bug. Seems that based on lp1462338 it should be part of the package still.

It is fixed now in jenkins for both 5.6 and 5.7 so there will be no github pull request for this.
