PAYARA-446-Multiple cookies cannot be added using Headers.putAll() #534

in order to get this pull request merged and its build done successfully, first the pull request linked at: payara/Payara_PatchedProjects#7 needs to be merged to the payara:master. This is needed because the modified webservices-osgi.jar defined with payara classifier can only be retrieved from our github based maven repository this way.
