Gogs source code license is not clear #608

Hi,
Is the Gogs source using the MIT License? The website indicates that part (the website) is, but the LICENSE file for the main Gogs source code doesn't seem to be:
https://github.com/gogits/gogs/blob/master/LICENSE
At the top it says:
For reference, this is the MIT License:
http://opensource.org/licenses/MIT
So, it's a bit confusing... 😦
