Use case: a user adds a comment on an issue and changes the milestone or assignee.

  1. User enters data in comment box.
  2. User changes the milestone of the issue or the assignee before clicking of Comment
  3. Content of comment box is lost.

Thanks for your feedback! You're right, currently we refresh page instead of modifying milestone or assignee by JS. @fuxiaohei
