The notification position is currently set as inline styles with JavaScript (top/right/bottom/left offset).

The positions should be set using CSS class names instead, to allow easier overrides from themes, and also make notification styles position-dependent if suitable.

The new Valo theme will benefit from this change, allowing cleaner CSS.
