Changing theme on the fly in Vaadin 6 caused flicker as the whole page was reloaded. In Vaadin 7 it is not possible to change the theme on the fly.

This feature should be implemented so that the new theme is loaded and a layout phase is run, to take the new theme into account.

Reverted because of regressions #14124, #14139.

The revert changeset also reverts other related changes (@SInCE, release notes) and can be used as a starting point if working on this issue.

Set milestone not to forget this, but it could be moved back to 7.3 if the regressions are fixed soon.
